Sam is a strategic product leader and passionate advocate for the experience economy. With deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, product innovation, and customer psychology, he helps brands transform in-person engagement into scalable, revenue-generating programs.
At BRG, Sam leads execution across operations, service design, and delivery - applying the PAER framework (Plan, Arrive, Experience, Remember) to help clients build bookable, tech-enabled programs that drive loyalty, lifetime value, and advocacy. His background spans 15+years in product management, including leadership roles at Amazon, T-Mobile, and Sinclair, where he launched and scaled customer-facing platforms across SaaS, mobile, and AI.
Sam has helped clients validate new offerings, accelerate growth, and bring clarity to complex product challenges - turning strategy into measurable results.
Mark Sandeno

Mark is a pioneer in bookable retail experiences and the founder of the Experiences App, a Shopify-based platform powering bookings for thousands of experiential merchants. His hands-on work with retailers, studios, and service-based businesses has given him rare insight into what drives conversion, retention, and long-term success in experience commerce.
A lifelong entrepreneur, Mark has launched and scaled multiple ventures at the intersection of brand, commerce, and experience. At BRG, he leads vision, strategy, and partnerships - shaping the future of experience-driven retail and helping brands stay ahead of shifting customer expectations.
